About Us

Rachel Beechboard serves as the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Libelle Beech Salon, concurrently holding the esteemed position of Joico Artistic Educator and Master Artist. In her multifaceted role, she not only oversees the salon's operations but also engages in extensive national and in person education as well as education through social media for Joico, demonstrating her commitment to advancing the skills of fellow stylists and salon professionals throughout the United States.
While leading Libelle Beech Salon, Rachel's primary focus is on content creation for Joico, conducting model work behind the salon chair and mentoring her team of stylists. With 15 plus years as a stylist and a decade of experience as a Joico Brand Educator, and now Joico Artistic Educator, Rachel has collaborated with renowned industry artists such as Vivian McKinder, Richard Mannah, Larisa Love, and others. Recently achieving the prestigious distinction of joining Joico's Artistic Team, Rachel stands among a select group of highly regarded artists chosen for their exceptional expertise in the field of Joico Artistic Education.
Notably, Rachel imparts her extensive knowledge not only through Joico's educational initiatives but also by offering her own hair education programs and social media strategy courses. Libelle Beech Salon operates on a proven team-based pay structure, ensuring her dedicated team receives competitive salaries along with comprehensive benefits.
